Iron Multivitamins and Tylenol reaction???

I know I shouldn't be asking for medical information on here. But from experience, does anyone know if multi vitamins with iron react to Tylenol or other acetaminophen medicines. It says online that it shouldn't react. But has anyone taken them together and had an adverse effect? I took the multivitamin with iron hours ago and I need to take tylenol now. I was wondering if they would react??

Ok, I just took the tylenol. I guess I'll see for myself in a while if something happens. :D

If the a credible website said they don't react together, then I think it's best to believe that site over some random person on this site.

For me personally, It's difficult for me to take vitamins because they make my anxiety worse. I usually have to take a vitamin and go for a run to burn off the energy it gives me.
