So, I've posted before about lots of things and recently about how I came down with another virus. I was just sick the end of February and it lasted for 10-14 days and then I went almost two weeks feeling fine and then another virus hit me out of the blue. I came down with it last Monday so it's been about 5/6 days....I'm still dry coughing and having some trouble sleeping and sneezing and runny nose but I can't help but get worried that I'll get another virus after this one. Or that something is wrong with my body because I came down with something twice in one month. It's really making me worried and scared. Has anyone had this fear or have been sick more than usual or more than the previous cold and flu season? My health anxiety is going nuts
