Well in the last couple of months i have lost my mother in law to cancer, she's been ill about a year. i barely talk to my family thease days. which is actually a good thing. no big fight or fall out just no communication. i seem to be well going out and stuff but i still cant cope with busses longer than about 2 stops. the thought of going anywhere just sends me into a freezing panic. feeling slightly blue atm but i think thats just the fall out of coming off my meds.
i am lucky to have my husband tho. dont know what i would do without him.
