Hi, I'm Izzie I'm 18 and live in the UK
I'm new to this site, I thought it might help my anxieties and realize I'm not the only one feeling how I feel.
I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and have quite bad emetophobia. I have suffered from anxiety for many years. I have anxious ever since I can remember. Hopefully one day it will get better :)
