I was having my usual bout of hyperventilation today and suddenly I started going cross eyed. My eyes feel strained and kind of crossed still, but I can see fine. And my eyes aren't crossed looking. Has this happened to anyone? Can hyperventilation cause long term issues. Also, can anxiety in general cause eyes strain.
