Hi everyone. I have suffered with GAD and Social anxiety for many years now and am interested to find this site and forum to talk to others who suffer from similar situations.
My main anxieties come from this so called intolerance of uncertainty, which at this moment have been made worse by problem neighbours.
I'd just like to make sure I am in the right area before I give more details
