Chest Pain

Hi does anyone get Chest Pain just as falling asleep, right on the sternum. It goes straight away but prevents me from falling asleep. Could it be my heart rate dropping and my heart not liking it?

Hi mine only seems to come on at night. Yours? Do you have shoulder and back pain also?

Slight chest tightness and back pain at night also. Breathing feels like its being done through a straw! Gp is sending me for a spirometer test now
