Jelly lump right next to testicle

Hi, I have a jelly like lump next to my right testicle, the size of a pea. It kinda feels like it's attached to the testicle but not part of it, I can only see it/feel it when the scrotum si hanging loose, not when it's retracted. It doesn't hurt or anything, it's just there.

I'm going to go to the doctor next week but I'm wondering if you can give me more insight before I do that.

UPDATE: I've been to the doctor(urologist) and everything's fine. He didn't even need ultrasounds or anything, he just felt it and he said it's normal and explained why (I'm not a doctor so I didn't really understand).

Don't be afraid to go to the doctor, this is the third time I get my testes checked and there's really nothing to be afraid about. They congratulate you for going even if there's nothing there, because it's better to get checked and see that your healthy than to not get checked and live with an issue.

Just go and get checked.

Well done for going, I been lots of times to the GP for similar poblems over the years, in the male regions, going on Wednesday

Skipped the GP this time and went straight to the urologist. Feels great to get checked and have the fears go away.
