as some may know i havent been out the house for two years, well my CPN has been taking me out in the car for the last two weeks but not far just down the road and back again, well she picked me up yesterday and i was waiting for her on the door step for the first time, the other times she had 2 come in and walk me over 2 the car, we then went for a drive we parked in the car park, and she said do you think you could get out the car, so i said i would try and i did it, i felt scared and sick and my legs felt like jelly , but we walked round the car park , then walked along the walkway to where the shops in town are,, and that was a far as i could do , but for the first time in two years i have seen the shops in town, sorry i just had 2 tell someone lol
