Hi everyone. Looked at this site probably more than i should have . Finally decided to register. I am 37 years old. DO suffer anxiety , self medicated etc, been on Nitrazepam 9 years , work for Tesco ( part time mainly due to the issues with anxiety ) really just trying to introduce myself and perhaps interact again with people. I have very much felt isolated in the last few months due to being used badly by someone i very much fell in love with and i absolutely am in pain over it. Anyway hope to chat to some of you soon.
