Morning all!
I've decided to try taking multi vitamins and evening primrose oil in an attempt to see if they calm my nerves and hopefully make me feel less anxious. I've been keeping a diary of my emotions, headaches and anything else negative in an attempt to see if it's hormone related. So far I've noticed two things. The first is that if anyone ever finds and reads it they will think I'm a total fruitcake! Secondly there does seem to be a pattern which relates to my periods. I usually get headaches just before and after my period. I'm hoping this will make me see sense when I'm in the middle of HA attack but we shall see.
Has anyone else found any benefit from taking supplements?

I take evening primrose high strength and noticed a reduction in PMS symptoms, I've recently also started Vit D. I used to take magnesium but didn't find it that helpful so stopped it (some people find it really helps anxiety though)

Thanks, I'll see how these go and maybe try magnesium as an alternative.
