I'm really out of shape so I've been trying to workout at least two times a week. I've been doing a low impact workout and this is my second week. I thought exercise was supposed to help stress but now I feel paranoid about my head. I've been trying not to over exert myself because I worry about getting lightheaded or dizzy. I stop a lot to drink water and make sure I'm not getting light headed or anything. Anyway, it's just a tiny sensation I get when doing beginner burpees. Is it just the blood rushing to my head from bending over? What's normal, because I know I have a habit of worrying about even smallest sensations.
