Hello everyone,

I'll keep this intro brief...my name is Anna, I'm 29, a research scientist by profession and a sufferer of Health Anxiety. I've come to this forum to meet others who understand the way I feel and think, to gather wisdom and advice, and to share experiences with others.

I'm so glad I found this website, I cried with relief at the fact that I'm not alone, or mad. I'm hoping that I can overcome my anxiety as others here have done so that I can stop it ruling my life.
