Lightheaded tired and nauseous 😪

Hi I've had a cold for the last two/three weeks but last week even today I keep feeling lightheaded tired and sickly, don't know if this is cold virus related or my health anxiety as I've been very stressed the last 4 weeks too. Feeling drained anyone got any help or advice for me xx

I haven't had a cold, but have had lightheartedness, tiredness and nausea during this week. It resolved itself after a few days, so it was probably a virus. I would think it's the same with you.
