Im asking this because I was pretty sure what I was experiencing was being bloated. It's feels like my stomach is about to rumble as if I were hungry but never does. The thing is I looked up what bloating feels like and apperantly it's a full feeling? I wouldn't describe this as a full feeling, it's does feel like my stomach is gunna burst but more like it's because it needs to rumble. I recently read something that said a stomach ulcer gives you a feeling like your hungry between your navel and ribs, so I'm kinda worried now.
