why do i feel angry

it only happens every other week, where i feel like im gonna explode, and i feel like im losing it. does anyone else get thisfeeling. my body feels really tense, any advice anyone. last week, my doctor put me on proponlol, so i hope its only til they get fully in my system.... DONT LIKE FEELING ANGRY, IM NOT AN ANGRY PERSON...

i feel like that most days hun and i no im doing it but i just carnt control it ive often corsed arguments with family members and realised later that there was no need for it.i used to get like this just before my period but now im going thru the menopause i no now thats wot it is.also if u suffer with anxiety u will have times were you to take your frushtration out on people maybe once your meds have kicked in it should ease off hope so :)
