Hot and cold flashes?

So right now I'm still worrying about the usual (luekiema) of course the stress is still there,full force.But some days I will be more calm than usual,like today. But right now I have been expierincing episodes of hot and cold flashes,especially at night. Sometimes it gets really hot in my bedroom but I cant make out if its that or not because its not all the time. I've also been on my period this week when this all started (the hot flashes and excess sweating under my armpits have happened before) but I'm off my period now. Every time I get these flashes I tell somebody to feel me to check if I have a fever but they always tell me I feel fine,but to myself I feel hot or cold. Also my feet will be really cold but sweaty sometimes along with my underarms. After the hot flashes are done I feel achy a bit and also have cold feet
I'm only 18 so it couldn't be menopause symptoms...
