I have been dealing with anxiety for 3 months now. I had some pretty good days lately, now worries came back again. For a while, I have been waking up during the night with a numb left leg, only on its left half, it's strange. This morning I got numbness just in the upper leg. I've also been having weakness in my left, then in my right calf. Now it s in my right but it comes and goes. And some strange tingling, like cold sensations, but only in two or three spots and they go fairly quickly. I thought I was doing better, now I am worried once again. Any advice?
Thank you for reading this.

This all sounds like anxiety to me. I'm going through similar things right now...this too shall pass. Our bodies are strange things, if you're really worried a doctor might help ease your mind. Lots of love

You might try massaging your legs with essential oil such as mustard, coconut or olive.
There are some exercises such as resistance hamstring curls, resistance band knee extension, adductor squeeze, hip abduction side lying, lunges, Swiss ball squats, hamstring strengthening, straight leg raise, quad press and heel slide.
You will need to practice those exercises for 3 to 4 times per week and you will need to stop in case those exercises make you incur pain
Tai Chi and yoga are also recommended. Moreover, the exercise practice needs to be consulted with the doctor and trained by specialists. :)

It could be the way you're sleeping, sometimes i wake up with a numb arm and cannot move it because i was laying on it. Another example, when i sit too long my butt cheeks get numb lol. Numbness is a sign of restricted blood flow, and certain ways you sleep can restrict blood flow.
