Cold Sweats

Over the past couple days I have been getting cold sweats & feeling faint. My anxiety is at a all time high. Does anyone else get this? I'm just a bit worried:/

I get these very often and wow can I sweat when it happens. I find (but I am not sure it is the right thing to do) that eating something like a few biscuits helps. It is definitely an anxiety thing and I tend to get it worse in the mornings. It happened to me in a meeting a while ago and it was not pleasant.

Thanks for your reply, its reassuring it can be anxiety. Just never had it until recently xx
