can lack of proper sleep cause headaches and its not like a dizzy head but more like a fuzzy head if that makes sense

Yes it can, I get it often on days where I didn't sleep well or had to get out of bed too fast x

Yeah you sure can eddy, can I ask why you have trouble sleeping as we can help. For me sometimes it's general worries about life other times my mind isn't tired, but my body is if that makes sense :) Cheers
