Random nerve pain

I'm really worried over been having random zapping nerve pain all over my body mainly fingers and legs, some places are sore to touch! I have also had tingly fingers I'm really worried could someone who has also experienced this help out?

I have had this numerous times at different times in my life. Nerves can do crazy things especially when your anxious. Is it all the time or off and on? Can really get you worked up I know.

It's on and off and I've found it can worsen with stress which does reassure me abit.
