My song about Anxiety

I have been a member of this forum for a while now and well, I guess you can look back and see my journey with this illness. Somethings horrible, some trivial and dramatic. These days I'm having more good days than bad, with the help of Valerian supplements.

I wanted to share a song I did, maybe to help or have something to maybe directly relate to. I know how lonely it gets and we're a community. I just uploaded it.
It's about coming to terms with having anxiety.

Thank you dear, the irony of it is that my anxiety has gone haywire after uploading and posting the song for so many reasons lol. It really is a parasite like mentioned in the thread above.
