So today is 14th day on my increase of 40mg. Just wondering if anybody knows when I may start to improve. At the moment I'm suffering with jaw clenching, headache,neck and arm ache and anxious..tight chest!! I guess I feel like I did before I started to settle on the meds at a lower dose, hope this doesn't last long. Doc says give it a few more week and if no improvement drop back to 30mg .
