Hello there I suffer with server anxiety. I have for 6 years I'm on medication but lately my anxiety has got so
Bad. My arms have both been hurting and can go from my whole arm and then might change to my forearm this has been happening for 3 days now. Has any one else exsperenfed this thank you x
