So,
Tried to get my anxiety in check been ok but tonight and now i'm f*** terrified again :( so i was on my computer racing and sim racing coughed and when i did it hurt in the area :( and that scared me shitless when i moved it hurt a bit been to the toilet a bit went but it's still there it doesn't just hurt on it's own but when coughing there's a bit of a feeling there.
Done the heel test where you drop down running on spot doesn't hurt much but I'm still worried as it is like as slight twinge and it will get worse later on :( I'm shaking uncontrollably again and can't relax.
Can it just start there or is it in the middle I can't think of anything else it could be i doubt i would've pulled a muscle there or anything :(
