I've pretty much made peace with my PVCs the way they are now (less than 1% of total beats) and they've been this way for years. No meds and they flare up with anxiety. I can't, however, shake this fear that looms in the back of my mind that these PVCs (occasional PACs) will become more sinister. I know it is possible (though rare) for these ectopics to trigger Afib or Vfib but I worry about this from time to time never the less. I don't look into this because I don't want to fuel my anxiety, though I've asked my PCP and he said it's unlikely. Anyone else in the same boat?
