Dizziness/lightheaded after having a nap?

Has anyone else ever had a nap for around two hours in the evening and woke up and been light headed? This happened to me and the day after I am still light headed. My sleeping pattern is all messed up and all day Yesterday I had very little sleep, hence the nap.

It might be from laying down or from being tired. I know if I lay down too long and I get up I feel funny for a while. Could just be the anxiety acting up as well.
