I haven't posted for a while as I've been trying to get control of my anxiety but thought I'd pop back to say that my appointment for cbt has come through much quicker than I expected and I have my assessment on June 5th.

I found CBT really helped me when I had PTDD.

Thank you, I'm quite surprised how quickly it's come through as I was expecting it to be a lot longer.
