Throat closed

I woke up this morning feeling awful, amxious, faint, just unwell. My throat is so tight, swallowing snd breathing feels difficult. I am so tense. Does anyone else get this?

Yes, I get this frequently. My tightness is moreso around the back of my throat and towards the top (palate). Where is yours located?

As counterintuitive as it may sound the best thing you can do is to try and eat small bites and get fluids in you. Dehydration can make everything feel so much worse.

Also, maybe it wouldn't hurt to get checked out by your PCP if it is really causing you a lot of distress.
