Depressed hermit

I have a lot of "issues" but living the life of a depressed hermit is the biggest.

Isolating yourself is not good. Can you go out and walk in the park? Maybe feed some ducks or just take a walk in fresh air? When we are depressed we tend to hide, I know I did. It would help even if you picked up the phone and call someone. You can send me a PM if you would like. I have made quite a few friends here. Welcome! Keep posting it will help you feel good too.
