Hi.

I have attributed my constant (I mean it) dizziness over the last month or so to a virus. However, I have, in that period also started to panic in situations (heights and meetings:weep::weep: again).
Is dizziness a usual issue with sufferers??

Hi there. I feel generally unwell and completely spaced out if the anxiety starts creeping up again. I have felt dizzy before a bad panic attack. I have been putting my unwell feelings down to stress - because I knew the attacks had happened again and I didn't feel I could stop them. Everyone is different but it could all be connected .....
Take care.

Hi

Dizziness is very common with anxiety and the one that affects me most, i find distraction and breathing exercises help me mostly overcome this.

Dizziness is a huge part of anxiety, i have been a sufferer for the past 27 years and have always had the dizzy symptoms. One thing could be that you could possibly be breathing a bit faster than normal, sometimes we don't even realise we are doing it, try to teach yourself some simple breathing excersises as they may well help!

Very best of luck
