Body tension

Hi, has anyone experienced whole body tension. Ive had this at varying degrees over the last 2 months.

Also when sleeping, my heart rate is fine but i feel my heart pumping out of my chest.

Any advice appreciated.

when i was dealing with a lot of anxiety back in middle school, that always used to happen to me. Body tension is very common when under a lot of stress, as well as feeling your own heartbeat.

Try to breathe deeply and maybe watch some funny videos, that could help get your mind off it. But for sure, youll be fine!

Thanks. Just had it constantly for a couple months now and I dont wanna keep running back to doctor!
