Chin, face and muscle spasms

Any ideas?, I have had this for nearly two weeks, I have severe Health Anxiety for over a month and have been to the doctors numerous times for differing issues, but this is new.

Tension? That can and will causes twitches, spasms, etc. If you struggle with anxiety, tension is pretty much inevitable.
