hi folkes. im so tense lately, i feel like my neck is tucked into my shoulders,im also so angry for no reason. everytime my partner speaks to me, i get nasty with him, but i dont mean to. does anybody else feel this way...

If you re anxoius, it can make you angry, I got really angry with my partner when my anxiety was bad, I was so stressed I lashed out at the nearest person, which was him.
