I've had ringing in my ears, mostly left ear, for the past couple of weeks. I went for a check-up and my left is ear has quite a build-up of ear wax to the point where the nurse couldn't see the ear drum. It doesn't feel blocked though. I can hear fine, but there is this constant high pitched ringing/hissing. Mainly on the left but also on the right, which is much quieter.
So I was wondering, can a build-up of ear wax in one ear cause the other ear to ring as well?
