I think ive finally found something that helps. Walking abd being outside. Ive alwaus loved to walk and today i walked 10 miles with my dogs in 2 separate trips. I had lunch outside and i had a eureka moment. Maybe i need more sun. Ive never been good at being in the now. I constantly think about the passage of time. I just turned 39 and aging has become an obsession. Thats where my ha comes from i think and my chronically ill mom. Also my variety features crippling iatrophobia i truly csnt go to the dr. As im sure theyll find something.

This has been making me pretty unhappy though ivd gond ln with life and enjoyed myself with tje fear in the background. Today i finslly feel i might be able to move beyond it

That is so great! I try and walk daily only 30 minutes but it really does help and the outdoors helps even more! Keep up the good work!
