Lumpy muscles

My right upper muscle feels lumpy especially when I tense it 😩Worried sick it's something sinister . I broke my left wrist 3 weeks ago so have been using my right arm more than usual. Could this be anything to do with it ? I'm not sure if this is a new thing or it's been like it for a long time . Noticed it a few days ago . Thanks in advance

Almost certainly nothing more than a knot.

I would imagine by now I'm technically 85% knot.
