Last week i came over very dizzy and tired, and although i slept for 2 hrs i still didnt fully recover for 3 days. this week has been the same very dizzy couldnt move my head felt sick for 3 days, now today i really feel my heart pounding, even when iam sitting typing this. I have a few worries in life , but nothing that i sit and intentionally think about, what could be causing these symptoms

That could be anxiety but it could also be a physical problem, you should definitely see a doctor just in case. Hope you feel better soon.
