Hi all,
Anyone else being driven crazy by hay fever this weekend? It's the worst I can remember it. I'm London based, and a birch pollen allergy sufferer. Apparently levels are unusually high this weekend. The hay fever triggers my health anxiety, I guess, for fairly obvious reasons. Namely, when your nose is blocked for hours at a time, obviously life becomes uncomfortable for anyone, I guess. I have taken my usual Clarityn. It's helped a bit. And that's the story really.
Anyone have any hay fever tips? Accupressure, or breathing exercises, anything welcome?!
Best wishes all,
Cprelude.
