...I feel...pretty good, actually. 25 minutes exercise (5 minute walk, 1 minute job intervals - as I'm a smoker) and it was legitimately the most clear-headed I've been in days. I've been told a tonne of times to try it, but honestly thought it was silly (in my head exercise could never stop my anxiety when it's been this bad) but it worked! For now, anyway.
So if anyone is thinking of giving it a shot but hasn't, it's working for me! I'm just back an hour and I'm feeling pretty clear :)
