more anxiety after upping dosage

I upped from 20MG to 30MG and I feel very anxious. Is anyone else going through this? I know this is somewhat normal. Out of curiosity, how long did it last for you?

Not very good :( I have some chlordiaxipoxide so might take one of those tomorrow if I am no better.

A very good idea. White-knuckling your way through anxiety is counterproductive. It just reinforces the disorder.
