I am currently suffering from post-viral fatigue syndrome from a recurring virus I came down with in December. According to my doctor, at this stage it is too early to tell whether this will turn out to be chronic fatigue syndrome, or whether it will resolve itself in time.
Like the majority of PVFS/CFS sufferers, I have now been getting digestive symptoms as well as the fatigue symptoms. I've been getting weird abdominal bloating/distension, where my stomach will rapidly expand and leave me looking like I'm pregnant. I've also been getting occasional slight abdominal pain and on and off diarrhea. A while ago my uncle freaked me out and mentioned bowel cancer (before I knew I had PVFS) and I tried to brush it off, but now as the digestive symptoms have worsened I'm getting anxious that I may have it.
