Help, panicking

Hi,

I am having upper left outer arm pain right now for the last 45 minutes and im freaking out its a heart attack, to the point where im trying to find chest pain thjat is coming with it. Trying not to freak out and not go to the hospital

I had left arm pain with my first heart attack but it started AFTER the chest pain. Also, for me, it started in my armpit and moved down my arm and got worse to the point I could barely use it.

Thanks the arm pain is less random but im feeling so anxious right now

Anxiety has gotten worse
