Bad Day

Hi everyone,

Just all around having a bad anxiety day. The weather here is yucky and that isn't helping the pain in my chest (I have costrochondritis). Even though I've been through all sorts of testing and I know that most likely it isn't my heart, it still gets my anxiety going. The middle of my back is also tense and tingling.

Just trying to see if there is anyone else out there having a bad day that maybe wants to talk :shrug:

I'm not having the worst day, but I am quite tired. I've been tired fairly frequently; I think it's due to stress as when I get motivated I can work and not be tired at all, but it takes a bit to develop that motivation. I'm also really tense and have been stretching a lot.

Are you at work? Could you settle in with some good snacks and Netflix?
