My recent bout of depression/anxiety started last year. My Dad had been diagnosed with Cancer, at the same time I was waiting to hear if my sister had cancer, I too had a wee scare with possible melonoma, my marriage broke up and then I was faced with 'social media envy'. Would be good if you guys could have a wee read of my blog, and provide me with some feedback :) There is a function to leave a wee comment at the bottom, you don't need to leave your real name, or sign up to do this. Would just be good to hear if others have felt the same, or if this has affected your anxiety the way it did mine.
