Hey,
I started back on the prozac 2 days ago (20mg), I'm getting similar side effects to last time already such as feeling sick, diarrhea, sleeping a lot, feeling more depersonalised than normal and a new one for me which my hand tremor is 10x worse than it normally is (I already suffer with a hand tremor). I have a question though, I went on the medication mostly for health anxiety panic attacks and anxiety in general. My health anxiety surrounded my heart which I continuously monitored. Since I went on the prozac 2 days ago, my heart feels a bit more steady if that makes sense in my neck it doesn't pulsate as much it's just chilled. Is this a common thing for others as I'm guessing it all links back to my anxiety surrounding it. I am a bit worried about the side effects, pushing through these next few weeks with assignments due but I did it last time just fine and it saved my life so we shall see!

I doubt fluoxetine is having much of an effect on either your heart, or anxiety after just 2 days. Serotonergic antidepressants are mild anticoagulants which can have heart benefits, but this usually takes more than a couple of days to begin. I suspect the side-effects have simply taken your focus off other anxiety triggers.
