Headache didn't come back, am I safe?

The other morning I had this throbbing pain on my side of my head, naturally as someone that has Health Anxiety I was concerned I may have something severely serious that needed medical attention, this wasn't helped by the attitude of the doctor on SmartHealth Waikato who suggested that I should seek immediate medical attention, and later contradicted herself by saying it "Could be lots of things" when I clarified I did have anxiety problems. I got up this morning feeling shit as always and anticipating it would return had two glasses of water and some pills, long behold it didn't come back and has been a sort of dull pain on both sides of the head, mostly near the temples and above the eye.

Am I good?

Doesn't sound like it was anything to worry about. Keep well hydrated and well fed, that always helps when I have a nasty headache.
