Spot, pimple, ulcer type lump inside my throat to the left behind tongue

Just wondering if anyone has something similar, it's been there for a 2 months now, i actually went to AandE 2 weeks ago the consultant said to just gargle salt water and sent me home.

I don't know what to think because still there, i don't think it has grown, but i can feel it down the back of my throat.

Should i go back to AndE because arranging a doctor appointment is ridiculous!

So finally went to see the Doctor,
I am after some advice, he said it looks like a fungal infection like oral thrush,
I am taking drops Nystatin
Has anyone had this? been taking it for about 5 days now 4 times a day, but i don't see an improvement, still making feel a little anxious, i was hoping someone here has some experience with this?
