So I posted a couple of days back a thread about lymph nodes under my neck, turns out that was all clear and I'm no longer worried about it. However I keep getting (still) random pinching pains right under my jaw line I can clearly feel it and it's really annoying. I also get similar sensation above my neck on the back of my head and also some pain behind my ears.

I've been ensured I am healthy by my doctor and atm I'm actually sort of almost trusting it so I'm guessing its an anxiety thing from muscle tension, but the thing is I don't feel like I'm actively tensing my throat/neck muscles? I've also had ear pressure for a month now (as if I had some water in my ears) and I figured it comes from clenching my jaw (my jaw joints also hurt when I touch them), but as I said I feel like I clench my jaw much less now I am constantly actively paying attention that I don't do it and I don't feel like I'm tensing my throat muscles. It's literally just like random pinching.

I was just wondering if anyone has the same symptoms, or if its possible I'm tensing muscles without realizing/feeling it which results in the pinching pains? Also the whole ear pressure thing has anyone had that and how long did it take to go away? It's not bad its just annoying.

Right now I am actually in the state where I acknowledge it as anxiety, but I feel like I'm not very far from going down the HA road thinking it must be something else...

I am getting this too! or like weird pains under my jaw...I think it might be tmj, my dad had tmj brought on by stress and it can cause a bunch of weird facial symptoms!

Yeah I figured it's probably TMJ for some time I couldnt open my jaw properly, but now I can and as I said (at least I think) I clench my jaw much less even during the night but the symptoms are still there... its tiring
