Hi, my name is Simon and im 35 and have been suffering with depression caused by bullying since school.
I hope i can help my condition on here because ive tried everything else including meds but nothing helps.

Hi Simon yeah the same was bullied at school too very painful physiologically coupled with depression find it hard to make friends and trust people too Can you relate to the lst 2 as well? And welcome aboard :) Cheers

I get where you're coming from, I have lots if trust issues mainly cause of the bullying. Do you talk to anyone at all, maybe go people that are going through the same things as you?

If not, I find this forum very helpful, just reading other topics and replies helps me calm down a lot and making me feel less alone even if its just for a little while. I hope it can do this for you as well if you need it (:
